Jemma,from Lancing,Sussex,told how she got the £3,700 loan for the op after fibbing to her bank manager that she wanted to buy a new car!
"I'd always been complimented on my face and figure by friends,family and colleagues.
"But what bothered me was the way my breasts failed to measure up" said Jemma.
Now with the help of a cunningly-obtained bank loan,she has had them surgically enhanced with non-silicone implants made with soya oil.
"I'd wanted this done from when I was about 15 years old and didn't have the money.
"It was something I wanted because I saw it in the press and the media all the time,so I arranged an appointment with my bank manager.
"I told him I was going to get a new car,which he believed!
"Having read about all the controversy over silicone,I decided to play it safe and pay the extra £500 for soya bean implants" added Jemma,who works for a pharmaceutical firm.
