Hedgehogs Get Stuck Eating Ice Cream

A man is calling for McDonalds to change packaging of their McFlurry ice creams after rescuing two hedgehogs who caught their heads in them.

Kim Atkinson,46,from Sussex,has freed two animals while driving home at night from work.

The fast-food chain is redesigning the packaging of its McFlurry tubs with a holed plastic lid.

A McDonalds spokeswoman said "This was brought to our attention a while ago after a milkman in Oxford encountered the same thing and as a result we will be changing the packaging.

"However,if people didn't drop litter none of this would happen."
